Awalt Construction is searching for a Sales Manager to help grow our organization and take it to the next level.

Ideal Sales Manager will oversee all aspects sales cycle from start to finish with his/her sales force. Sales Manager will be out in the field with their sales TEAM help guiding them in the right areas and help with closing any deals.

Job Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all sales operation
• Provide leadership to achieve operational and financial goals
• Implement and ensure company policies and procedures are being used
• Establish performance goals for all company departments
• Head the recruiting effort by locating, hiring and training sales staff

Job Qualifications

• Documented success in building teams and achieving desired outcomes
• 5 years of roofing industry experience
• 2+ years of managing experience
• Strong Communication Skill
• College Degree (Concentration in Construction Management a plus)
• Understanding of current technology
